General advice:
Avoid the known triggers: Sunlight, heat, alcohol, spicy foods, and stress are all know to worsen rosacea symptoms. Avoidance of these may help decrease the severity of your condition.

Protect yourself from the sun: Sunlight, as stated above, is the most common trigger and the use of sunscreen can help to prevent rosace flare ups. For more on sun protection, visit our sunscreens information.

Conceal: The use of green tinted makeup and medication may help to offset the red appearance that is so prominent in rosacea

Treat: There are many products for the treatment rosacea and the field of dermatology has recently seen a boom in the number of prescription rosacea medications.
